Anna Fifield is the Asia-Pacific editor for the Washington Post. She spent 20 years as a foreign correspondent for the Post, including as bureau chief in Beijing and Tokyo, and for the Financial Times. Anna Fifield has been a Nieman Journalism Fellow at Harvard University and won Stanford University’s Shorenstein Prize for excellence in reporting on Asia. Her book about North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, The Great Successor, has been translated into 24 languages.
