Courtney Johnston has been Tumu Whakarae | Chief Executive of Te Papa since 2020. Te Papa produced Robin White’s survey exhibition Te Whanaketanga in 2022 in partnership with Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki; the exhibition is now touring the Te Waipounamu. An avid reader, she was also the visual arts correspondent for RNZ’s Nine to Noon programme for 10 years.
