Gavin Bishop has been making books for over forty years. He has won the supreme award at the Children’s Book Awards five times. In 2019 he was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Literary Achievement and has recently been nominated for the Hans Christian Andersen Award for Children’s Literature.
